Boundaries Are Not Unloving

Christians are often taught generosity without being taught limits. The result is people who give until there is no self left to give from, and then feel guilty for being tired.
A boundary is simply a truthful statement about what you can carry. Spoken kindly and kept consistently, it makes relationship safer for everyone in it — including the person hearing the no.
Practise one small, honest limit this week. Notice that love survives it.
